IMG_2496I love making food that is first appealing to the eyes then to the nose and then to the tongue and this is what a poke bowl does for me!

2 carrots, peeled and spiraled
2 cucumber, spiraled
Micro greens
Roast chicken breast, flaked
Cubed mango
Cubed Avocado
Black sesame seeds

Sriracha Mayonaise


Sauce – mix together
Sesame oil
Chilli flakes
Fresh minced ginger
Fresh crushed garlic
Liquid Aminos

Add the flaked chicken to the sauce and toss.

Layer up your bowl as with the micro greens and then all the other toppings around the edges with a dollop of mayo on the top and then sprinkled with black sesame seeds.

Tuck in and enjoy!
